Deseptive Trans Jailed

I have, since the Supreme Court Judgment knocked me side ways back on 26th April 2025, as they say a date that will go down in infamy, been so upset as to just why the attack on the trans community has been so vicious and vindictive. It just did not make any sense at all, and even more so when Trans women with GRCs seemed to be at the centre of the Roth.

Just what is so wrong with a person  genuinely needing to have sex reassignment surgery to get their life on track, and why did this hate appear to emulate from Scotland and the north of England.

Anti-trans activists outside Supreme Court with placardsThe press is quick to post pictures of the right wing women’s views, one struck me as being far from fact was a placard saying “ HUMANS CAN’T CHANGE SEX”, Well I for one certainly have, and since being born in 1946 we can replace SEX on their placard with so many surgical procedures that have been developed in my life time, like  “HUMANS CAN’T RECEIVED A HEART BYPASS OPERATION OR HEART TRANSPLANT”  or “HUMANS CAN’T HAVE A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT” just two of  many, many more. Next we have a placard stating “WOMEN ARE ANGRY IGNORE US AT YOUR PERIL”, this one I now have sympathy and empathy for, I just could not understand why these Scottish Women had it in for us trans women so bad, but now since learning about the Adam Graham, Isla Bryson case it starts to makes sense. I would be so with them on this, accept that Adam Graham was a  man when he raped these two women, it was after self-identifying whilst he was on remand that he transitioned to not only become Isla Bryson but in doing so get the blame for his evil pinned on us, the trans community.

Most trans women are their allies and want women’s rights as much as they do.  Then we have a placard saying “Say No To Self-ID Of Sex” something I myself said no to a when I was horrified to first hear about it. I could quite happily stand beside this lady with a placard of my own saying, “ SAY NO TO CHANGE BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITHOUT SURGERY”.

When I originally wrote this next bit, it was breaking news, when Pink News flashed up that all trans people convicted of any type of crime that requires a custodial sentence would be sent to a prison that aligns with that of their biological sex.
So all trans women will now be sent to men’s prisons. That is like a death sentence with men’s prisons today being filled with sex offenders a transsexual will have no chance. They need to think again, as people that are suggesting this can only be perverted themselves.

This is transphobia at its highest level, It is vindictive, malicious, cruel, merciless spite. It is well time that all that have the public’s attention, The Press, TV, and all take action to inform the general public about just what is going on, and please remove our gags to we can at lease comment respectfully so many sites that are supposed to be on our side block comment that might be against or help us fight the EHRC and the government.

Soon after Nicola Sturgeon published her memoirs, and during tv and news interviews, the case that blighted her efforts to bring reform to our trans world found itself into the spot light. Up until then I myself had no idea of just what, and why all this hate and prejudice towards the trans community, seemed to be emulating from Scotland and the north of England.

Isla Bryson convicted of rapping two women while she was Adam Graham, who ID as trans whist on remandWhy should all the trans community have to pay for an issue that has happened in Scotland and even more so, why should people who have gone through an NHS government instigated  process to obtain a GRC have to pay for the actions of, a without doubt a biological male born Adam Binnie Bryson, later to be charged as Adam Graham, a double rapist who changed gender while waiting to stand trial, for raping two women one in 2016 at Clyebank and one in 2019 in Glasgow, and was jailed for eight years,  because of the  Scottish government, he had been allowed to self-identify and in May 2021 managed to get his birth certificate amended to Annie Bryson, and get himself sent to Cornton Vale woman’s prison in Stirling under the name of Isla Bryson. You are perfectly entitled to say that someone who has bypassed the system and  self-identified is not a woman, but please not those who have given years to follow the authentic Gender Recognition route.

It is worthy to note a few facts about this point as it really has no bearing on the overall trans plight in the spot light, especially when related to a Gender Recognition Certificate? I question this as according to the Wikipedia account, Somehow he managed to get his birth certificate amended to Annie Bryson in May 2021, but his legal sex remained male.

Adam Graham committed both of these crimes, whilst still being a male, and it is believed that he only self-identified himself as a trans woman to attempt get sent to a woman’s prison, as he would have acquired the protected characteristic of gender reassignment.

If we turn the spot light on Scotland itself, and the case for Women for Scotland Ltd, It will be interesting to check just how much this has influenced their case, as this issue of Isla Bryson has been simmering away in the back ground most of the time their case has been going through the legal system. I myself had not heard much about the Isle Bryson (Adam Graham) case, but I live on the south coast of England where it would not have been so predominant, also there does not appear to be so many right wing women down here with the same concerns as those to the north of England and Scotland.  In Scotland it would have been big news. One thing that is worrying me is just how much about this case would the Supreme Court have been aware of, and what effect it would have had on their judgement. If there was any transparency regarding the cases as a whole they will have been buried in their complicated referencing as to what went on earlier in the previous cases that led to the appeal. Considering the effect on the trans community, it should be much more transparent.

What the legal take on this is I am far from knowing, but I would think that being the Highest Court In the land or not, if it has influenced their judgement, that judgement would be unsound given it’s blanket effect on the UK as a whole.

The Isle Bryson (Adam Graham) case, also gave a clear meaning to a Quote from Nicola Sturgeon “ You get bad people in every group in society, but you don’t tar the whole group with the bad people, and that I really regret appears to be what some are trying to do with trans people, to take some people and say that is representative of the whole trans community”.

I would also consider the more worldwide effect, by turning the spot light on worldwide influencer Donald Trump. He has connection with Scotland and actually made a golfing visit there this year. It is well known that he has strong transphobic views, so are these inflamed at all by his Scottish connection and this case.

I have also learnt of a similar case in England, that of Karen White, born Stephen Wood, who also transitioned after having been arrested in August 2017, and again was placed in a woman’s prison, HM Prison New Hall West Yorkshire, it is recorded that she had sexually assaulted female inmates whilst there. To my knowledge her case did not involve a GRC.

trans gender uk prisoner Karen White born Stephen Wood transitioned so as to be sent to a womans prison, then assulted other women prisonersWithout being too disrespectful, one thing that did strike me about both these cases were the photos on the BBC site, of them as male which do portray quite a heavy masculine look, having said that I did have to do a double take when I first saw the pictures outside the Supreme Court of the Scottish women celebrating on 16th April. I can well understand why a woman would not want them in their spaces. One thing that I am so grateful for, is that I myself have never really looked masculine in my life.

I just hope this und
erlying masculinity look is what all these proposed new laws are going to have as a foundation, the trans female community are no different to any other women and consists of all types of women with all kinds of personalities and dispositions, this is something that people like the EHRC and the government just do not understand, no wonder they make such a mess of everything.

The BBC news article I acquired my information from went on to say “It is thought to be the first time a trans woman has been convicted of raping women in Scotland and that There are relatively few trans prisoners in Scotland.

We now have breaking news in  August 2025, I make yet another review of my writing I find this time a more genuine transphobic case breaking news,  A 21-year-old trans woman, Ciara Watkin, has been found guilty of sexual assault after a court heard she did not tell the man she was dating that she was not assigned female at birth.

The BBC reports that Ciara Watkin told the man she was on her period to stop him finding out she had not yet had gender confirmation surgery. The court heard that she had identified as female and used the name Ciara since the age of 13.

Ciara Watkins found guilty of not telling her date she was transProsecutors argued that the man was unable to make “informed consent”, after he claimed he would

n’t have ha
d sexual contact with Watkin had he known she was trans.

When Watkin later revealed that information, the man filed a complaint with police telling officers had he known, he would not have met her as he did “not swing that way”.

The jury reached a guilty verdict after just one hour of deliberations following a two-day trial. She will be sentenced on 10 October and was ordered to sign the sex offenders register within three days.

It is the finial part of that last line I find so damming, She will be sentenced on 10 October and was ordered to sign the sex offenders register within three days.

This just has to be pure malice as once she has signed the sex offenders register, there will be no doubt that if she is sentence to prison, her time will have to be served in a male prison along with so many real sex offenders, and having lived as a female for seven years, I just can’t imagine what effect that will have on her. In order to nail her coffin down good and proper we learn in early September 2025. That our wonderful sadistic government want to take control of pre-sentencing reports applying to minority groups. With all there talk about all trans people will now be send to prisons in line with their biological sex, I for one can’t help but think the worse about this announcement. Since the Supreme Court Judgement, Our Island of Great Britian has not just moved backwards, but right back into Roman Times and to throwing trans people to the lions.

How many transgender prisoners?

It's difficult to know exactly how many transgender prisoners there are. The BBC asked the agencies responsible across the UK.

In April 2017, 17 of Scotland's 7,436 prisoners, external were transgender, according to the Scottish Prison Service.

Northern Ireland's prison service chose not to tell them whether it counts trans prisoners, but according to Parliamentary research, external, it is not aware of any.

In England and Wales, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) now conducts an annual count of prisoners.

Between March and April 2017, it counted 125 transgender inmates in England and Wales, external, in a prison population of 85,513, external. It counted 70, external over the same period in 2016.

These are the best available figures, but they're far from perfect.

The Ministry of Justice points out the numbers may change as prisoners constantly enter and leave the system.

A common narrative perpetuated by trans-hostile activists and media focuses on a fictional figure of incarcerated transgender woman – modelled after the infamous Karen White – who purportedly seeks to be housed in the female estate in order to gain access to, and sexually assault, cis women.

I would just like to add, please bear in mind that neither of these actually raped the women they were incarcerated for as, transwoman, they were living as men at the time of their crimes, all thought having not had reassignment surgery they could have well done.
